Refund policy

Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. No refunds for missed pickups. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. 

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery. If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 4 hours so we can make it right. Orders not reported within this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We want every order to arrive perfectly! For deliveries, please check your items as soon as they arrive. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders after they’ve been received at the delivery address, contact us within 4 hours if there’s a problem.
